摘要
目的:观察食用具有润肠通便、止泻止痢、预防消化道溃疡作用的香蕉是否可以减轻大鼠长期服用番泻叶引起的副作用。方法:实验于2005-03/07在解放军第四军医大学基础部教学实验中心实验室完成。①选用SD大鼠18只。随机分为3组:番泻叶组[灌胃番泻叶浸液(番泻叶购自西安中药集团公司葆露堂连锁店,准确称取番泻叶5g,加水50mL,直火煎煮15min后冷却,过滤,将浸液定容至50mL)10mL/(kg·d),1次/d,共12d],香蕉组[香蕉购自西安市朝阳门爱家超市,番泻叶浸叶灌胃10mL/(kg·d),1次/d,同时进食香蕉200g/(kg·d),共120d],正常组(正常饲养,共120d),每组6只。②每组干预90d后测血钾浓度。干预120d后,于大鼠饥饿24h后,喂饲黑米饲料,记录从食用黑米饲料到大鼠首粒黑便的排出时间(排便时间),测定白细胞计数,取结肠标本作苏木精-伊红染色观察。③计量资料差异比较采用单因素方差分析,均数间的两两比较采用LSD-t检验。结果:大鼠18只大鼠均进入结果分析。①血钾水平:番泻叶组明显低于香蕉组和正常组(P<0.01),香蕉组和正常组差异不明显(P>0.05)。②排便时间:番泻叶组明显长于正常组和香蕉组(P<0.05),香蕉组明显短于正常组(P<0.01)。③白细胞计数:番泻叶组明显低于香蕉组和正常组(P<0.01),香蕉组和正常组大鼠差异不明显(P>0.05)。④结肠病理切片显示:番泻叶组的肠黏膜局部出现表浅糜烂,绒毛水肿,间质淋巴细胞浸润较多。香蕉组与番泻叶组相比病变较轻。结论:香蕉可以避免大鼠长期服用番泻叶后引起的血钾降低、白细胞数目减少,减轻番泻叶引起的药源性便秘。
AIM: To study whether eating bananas characterized by lubricating bowel to relieve constipation, checking diarrhea and dysentery, and preventing ulcer in digestive tract could reduce the side effect caused by rats' longterm taking senna leaf or not.
METHODS: The experiment was completed in the Laboratory of Center of Teaching & Experiment, School of Basic Medicine, the Fourth Military Medical University of Chinese PLA from March to July 2005. ① Eighteen SD rats were used and randomly divided into 3 groups: senna group (perfused with liquor of senna leaf provided by Xi 'an Group Company of Traditional Chinese Medicine; 5 g senna added into 50 mL water, boiled for 15 minutes, filtered, obtained 50 mL liquor), 10 mL/(kg·d) once a day for 120 days; banana group [banana provided by Aijia Supermarket of Chaoyangmen in Xi'an, perfused with 10 mL/(kg·d) senna liquor] once a day and fed with 200 g/(kg·d) bananas for 120 days; normal group [fed with normal forage for 120 days] with 6 in each group. ② Concentration of serum potassium was assayed 90 days after intervention. After 120-day intervention and 4-hour fasting, rats were fed with black rice to record the defecating time of dark stools and examine the nnmber of leukocytes. Colon pathological sections were stained with haematine-eosin. ③ Measurement data were compared with one-way analysis of variance and differences between groups were compared with LSD-t test.
RESULTS: All 18 rats entered the final analysis. ① Value of serum potassium: It was lower in senna group than that in banana group and normal group (P 〈 0.01), and there were not significant difference between banana group and normal group (P 〉 0.05). ② Defecating time: It was longer in senna group than that in normal group and banana group (P 〈 0.05), and that in banana group was shorter than that in normal group (P 〈 0.01). ③ Leukocyte count: It was lower in senna group than that in banana group and normal group (P 〈 0.01), and there were not significant difference between banana group and normal group (P 〉 0.05). ④ Pathological sections of colon: The pathological sections showed that erosion and dropsy were observed on colic mucosa of senna group, many lymphocytes were observed in the colic stroma of senna group. In comparison with the senna group, the pathology of colon from banana group was lighter.
CONCLUSION: Eating bananas can inhibit reduction of serum potassium and leucocytes caused by long-term taking senna leaf and also relieve drug-derived obstipation caused by senna leaf.
