摘要
目的探讨Medpor假体进行耳再造术的并发症及解决方法。方法临床应用Medpor假体进行耳再造15例,根据并发症的发生提出解决方法,并应用改进法6例,进行讨论。结果完全使用Medpor假体行耳再造者的并发症发生率高,改进后外耳轮应用自体肋软骨减少了并发症发生率。结论Medpor假体进行耳再造术的并发症特别是外露发生率高,改进后并发症减少。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of complications with Medpor plasty plate for total ear reconstruction and reliable treatment. Methods Medpor plasty palte were performed in 15 cases of ear reconstruction. Many complications occurred. We enclosed the edge of ear plasty plate with self cartilage in 6 cases to reduce the rate of complications. Results The rate of complications were obviously decreased with our means. Conclusion Ear reconstruction with Medpor plasty plate has a high rate of complications. Our improving decreased the rate.
