摘要
目的探讨采用微型钢板结合超关节动力外固定支架对桡骨远端不稳定骨折进行腕关节重建的临床疗效。方法对48例不稳定型桡骨远端骨折,采用微型钢板结合超关节动力外固定支架对桡骨远端不稳定骨折进行腕关节重建治疗。结果全部病例均随访18个月以上,优良率为93.8%。结论采用微型钢板结合超关节动力外固定支架对桡骨远端不稳定骨折进行腕关节重建具有良好的临床效果,能较好地防止骨折畸形愈合和保护腕关节功能。
Objective To investigate the value of the operative method of unstable fracture of the distal radius with mini - plate and external fixation. Methods Forty - eight cases of unstable fracture of the distal radius were operated with mini - plate and external fixation. Results All the cases were followed - up over 18months ,the excellent and good results were found in 45 cases（93.8% ）. Conclusion The operative method of unstable fracture of the distal part of the radius with mini - plate and external fixation is a good method. It can well prevent the fracture from healing with deformity and protect the function of the wrist.
