575例成年人共振频率正常值的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的对我国成年人中耳共振频率的正常值范围进行初步研究。方法对575例中耳正常成年人的共振频率进行统计分析,计算总体平均值、90%正常值范围,并按性别、听力正常与听力不正常分组,计算各组的平均值、90%正常值范围及在性别间、听力正常组与不正常组间及种族间进行比较。结果共振频率在性别间有明显差异,女性高于男性;听力正常与不正常组间无差异。575例患者总体共振频率平均值为988.16 Hz,低于西方人群的平均值,正常值范围亦低于西方人群。结论中国人的中耳共振频率的正常值低于西方人群,在应用共振频率判断中耳功能时最好使用中国人自己的正常值。 Objective To study Chinese adults' resonant frequency. Methods Student's t test was used to analyze the average of 575 people' resonant frequency and the normal range of 575 people' resonant frequency, and to compare between male and female, normal hearing and abnormal hearing ,and different races. Results There is difference between genders, female' normal range and average values are higher than male. There is no difference between normal hearing and abnormal hearing. The average of 575 peo ploplesonant frequency is 988.16 Hz, lower than wester' normal range. Conclusion The average of Chinese adults' resonant frequency is lower than western', so when we apply it to diagnose the middle ear' function , we need use our own criterion.
