29个微卫星标记与淮南麻黄鸡体重的相关性分析 被引量:6

Analysis on the Relationship Between 29 Microsatellite Markers and Body Weight in Huainan Partridge Chicken

摘要 利用29个微卫星标记的多态性分析淮南麻黄鸡12周龄体重与微卫星标记的相关。结果表明:位于3号染色体和10号染色体上的2个微卫星标记MCW0222、ADL0122与淮南麻黄鸡12周龄体重显著相关。 Based on analysis on the polymorphism of 29 microsatellite markers,the relationship between mierosatellite marker and body weight was analyzed.The results showed that body weight was significantly associated with 2 microsatellite marker in Huainan Partridge chicken at 12 weeks of age,which were MCW0222 and ADL0122 in chromosome 3 and chromosome 10.
