摘要
对1994年-1996年、1997年-2000年、2001年-2004年、2005年-2008年国际体操联合会的4次规则变化进行研究,剖析竞技健美操中艺术与难度发展的趋势,为我国竞技健美操运动技术水平早日登上世界颠峰提供理论依据。
By investigating 4 transformation of rules made by International Gymnastics Federation from 1994 to 2008, the paper analyzes the trend of arts and difficulty in Sports Aerobics. It provides theoretical reference for sports technique of Chinese Aerobics to hit the top level of the world.
