摘要
妇女参与奥林匹克体育运动是整个社会可持续发展不可缺的重要内容,是衡量人类社会文明程度的重要标志。采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,对奥林匹克运动性别平等化趋势的表现及其影响因素分析论证,结果表明:妇女在奥林匹克运动取得了举世瞩目的巨大成就,呈现出良好的性别平等化趋势,为奥林匹克运动的发展注入了勃勃生机。但目前妇女在奥林匹克运动中的地位和作用仍受到限制,应积极结合妇女自身发展的需要,努力创造条件,有意识地吸引、引导、发挥她们在奥林匹克运动的潜能及作用。
it is an essential part for women to take part in Olympic Games during social sustainable development, and it is an important symbol in measuring the civilization of human society. By the method of documentary and logical analysis,the paper andalyzes the presentation and influencing factors in the trend of gender equalization in Olympic Games. The results are as follows： the achievements of women in Olympic Gmes have captured the world＇ s attention and the trend of gender equalization develops well, which infuse vitality into Olympic Games. But recently , women＇ s position and function in Olympic Games are still confined. The paper suggests that it is necessary to create conditions to attract and lead women to exert their potential and function in Olympic Games.
