生物脱氮除硫(S^(2-))菌株的分离和特征 被引量:9

摘要 采用选择性无机培养基从土壤中富集和分离筛选出一株既能脱氮又能除硫(S2-)的菌种(暂定名T 39)。研究结果表明,该菌种可以在以硫化物(S2-)作能源,以碳酸氢盐作碳源,以硝酸盐作氮源的无机培养基中生长;在培养基中添加少量酵母浸出膏可促进生长;其菌落圆形、湿润、浅黄;其细胞杆状,革兰氏染色阴性,无芽孢,单极生鞭毛,兼厌气,中温性,生长最适起始pH 6.5~7.5,最适温度25~30℃。该菌株16S rDNA序列与多株施氏假单胞菌(P seud om onas stutzeri)16S rDNA序列的同源性达到99%以上。 In this paper, adopting selective inorganic culture media, a strain (named T39 temporarily) was enriched and isolated, which could remove nitrate and sulfide simultaneously. The experimental results showed that strain T39 could grow in inorganic culture media using sulfide as energy substrate,hydrocarbonate as carbon source and nitrate as nitrogen source. The addition of yeast extract could make benefit to the growth of T39. The colony was circinal, moist and pale yellow. The cell was short bar shape, gramnegative, no spore, mobile by single polar flagellium, facuhative anaerobic. The optimal initialpH for growth was 6.5-7.5 and the temperature was 25-30℃. The 16SrDNA sequence of strain T39 had more than 99% homology with the 16SrDNA sequence of several strains of Pseudomonas stutzeri.
