摘要
在利用电磁作动器对微型盘进行振动主动控制的试验中,发现电磁执行装置中的干摩擦力对控制效果有相当大的影响,为此分析了干摩擦力对隔振系统的影响,得出了基于干摩擦力影响下的振动主动控制系统模型,并结合算例分别对考虑干摩擦影响和不考虑干摩擦影响的情况进行了仿真。仿真结果证实:干摩擦力对振动主动控制的效果有着重要不良影响,如果不能正确考虑其在控制系统模型中的作用,将会导致一些错误的发生,乃至控制系统失控。
In the test of the electromagnetically active vibration isolation system used in miniature HDD, It is found that the dry friction force in the electromagnetic actuator has a large influence on control results. This paper presents a active control system model considering the dry friction. Two simulations are done, one ignoring the dry friction, the other taking it into account. The results show that the dry friction force in the electromagnetic actuator has much bad influence on the control system , and there would be a lot of mistakes even the system invalidation if it is treated improperly.
