摘要
目的分析云南省5所综合性医院住院病人伤害构成与死亡影响因素,为云南省卫生部门制订伤害干预措施提供依据。方法收集云南省5所综合性医院1990—2000年36476例伤害住院病人病案首页资料进行分析。结果云南省5所综合性医院住院病人伤害构成中,以汽车交通事故为主,占23.9%,男性与女性相同。伤害住院病人死亡全部为男性,占全部住院死亡人数的10.61%,其死因主要为汽车交通事故。伤害住院病人死亡年龄主要集中在15～40岁之间。伤害死亡的影响因素为婚姻状况、性别、年龄和有无并发症。结论加强对云南省伤害防治干预措施的研究势在必行。
Objective To analyze the proportion of inpatients with injury and influencing factors of death in five comprehensive hospitals of Yunnan province to provide the evidence for health sectors to make intervention measures. Methods The data we used came from a sample of five comprehensive hospitals of Yunnan province from 1990 to 2000, which were a total of 36476 inpatients with injury. Results The top disease proportion of inpatients with injury is vehicle traffic accident, the proportion is same for male and female, 100% death cases are carried by men, which proportion is 10.61% of death cases. The top cause of death is vehicle traffic accident. The proportion of injury death concentrates on 15 to 40 years old. The influencing factors of injury death are marital status, sex, age and syndrome. Conclusion The study of prevention and intervention measure for injury should be enhanced in Yunnan province.
