摘要
目的通过对引种栽培的山豆根与野生山豆根主要成分分析对比,为人工大面积栽培山豆根提供科学依据。方法采用紫外光谱法对引种栽培山豆根及野生山豆根不同部位的苦参碱及氧化苦参碱进行分析。结果引种栽培的山豆根与野生山豆根不同部位的苦参碱及氧化苦参碱二者含量无明显差异。结论引种栽培山豆根不影响药材质量,可进行人工大面积栽培。
Objective To study constiffients of cultivated and field Shandougen, and provide a basis for reasonably evaluating to cultivate large area by hand . Methods The matrine and oxymatrine of cultivated and field Shandougcn of different location were analysed by UV. Results The matrine and oxymatrine of cultivated and field Shandougen have not difference in cultivation and field by UV. Conclusion Shandougen can be cultivated in large area by hand.
