摘要
目的建立祖师麻胶囊质量标准。方法高效液相色谱（HPLC）法。Kromasil—C18色谱柱（4．6mm×150min，5μm），流动相：甲醇-0．5％醋酸溶液（32：68），流速0．5ml·min^-1，检测波长327nm。结果祖师麻甲素在0．03530～0．42361μg问呈很好的线性关系，r=0．9999，回收率为101．75％，RSD=2．21％。结论该法操作简便，准确，可作为该制剂的含量测定方法。
Objective To establish the quality control standard of Daphne Capsules （Zushima Capsules）. Methods Using HPLC with Kromasil C 18 columm （4.6 mm× 150 mm,5μm）The mobile phase was methanol ：0.5% acetid acid solution （32： 68）with 0.5ml/min of flow rate, and the detection wavelength was at 327 nm. Results Daphnetin showed good linear relationship at the range of 0.035 30-0.423 6μg. The recovery was 101.75% and RSD was 2.21%. Conclusion This method is easy,accurate and can be used for content determination of syring in Zushima.
