以玻璃制件的热成形凸模为例,说明热成形凸模的主要缺陷:凸模裂纹和凸模伤。针对不同的种类进行理化分析和抽样检查,探究原因,提出对策方案,以提高产品质量和模具寿命。
Taken the hot-forming punch of a glass part as an example, the main defects of hotforming punch is explained, including punch crack and punch wound, In term of different types physical and chemical analysis and sample inspection are proceeded to explore their causes. Its solution is put forward to increase product quality and die longevity.
