摘要
以引发血栓性疾病的独立因素———血液纤维蛋白溶解系统(简称纤溶系统)为切入点,研究体育锻炼对老年人血液纤溶系统的影响。结果显示:常年参加体育锻炼不仅使老年人血液纤维溶中组织型纤溶酶原激活物(T-PA)活性和纤溶酶(PL)活性增加,同时还能降低2α-PI(2α抗纤溶酶)活性和纤维蛋白原含量(Fibrinogen,Fg);对于老年人,性别差异对血液纤溶系统能力的影响较小。提示:经常参加体育锻炼有助于提高老年人纤溶活性,加速纤维蛋白的降解,最终能有效地预防血栓的形成。
This paper studies the fibrinolyic system which is one of the reasons that affect thrombus disease ,and researches into the fibrinolyic system of the elderly people by physical exercise. The results showed that physical exercise could improve activity of the tissue type plasminogen activator(T-PA) ,activity of plasminogen (PL), and decrease activity of α2-antiplasmin α2-antiplasmin (α2-PI) and contents of Fibrinogen(Fg). To the elderly people, different genders affected little on the main indexes of fibrinolyic system. It was suggested that physical exercise could help to improve the elderly people's fibrinlyic system activity and accelerate the dissolution of fibrin, preventing thrombus disease effectively.
