气相色谱法测定纯丙乳液中残余单体含量 被引量:2

Determination of Residual Monomer Content in Pure-acrylic Emulsion by Gas Chromatography

摘要 通过检测溶液上平衡气体中残余单体含量,计算乳液中残余单体的含量,建立一套乳液残余单体的测试方法,检测时间约2 min。本方法适用于所有的乳液聚合,具体的物理条件及参数可自行测定,方法简单易行。实验结果表明:甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为0.30%~3.94%,0.10%~3.53%,回收率分别为102.45%,97.14%。 A set of testing method for residual monomer in emulsion is introduced in this article. The content of residual monomer in equilibrium gas over liquor can be measured, then the content of residual monomer in emulsion can be figured out. The timekeeping is about 2 minutes. This method is highly efficient, and the data is reusable. It can be applied to all emulsion polymerization. The specific physic conditions and parameters can be determined. It is a simple and practical method. The RSD of MMA and BA is 0. 30%43. 94% and 0.10% -3.53% respectively, and the recovery is 102.45% and 97.14% respectively.
