摘要
设计了以C8051F单片机为核心的无位置传感器无刷直流电机控制系统,分析了以反电势过零点作为转子位置检测的方法,介绍了系统的硬件电路和软件设计,并给出了实验波形。样机实验表明,该系统结构简单,运行可靠,调速性能良好。
A control system of sensorless brushless DC motor based on C8051F is developed. Back EMF crossing zero sensing as the method of rotor position measuring is analyzed. The realization of the hardware and software is introduced. Experimental results confirm the control system of small volume and high reliability and good speed adjusting performance.
