摘要
在分布式信息环境中，元数据是描述、管理和组织信息资源的重要手段。为了能够有效地查询、检索、利用元数据描述的共享资源，就存在元数据的互操作问题。元数据的互操作系统实现了对元数据的检索、编辑等操作，进而加大加深数据共享的应用广度和深度。
In the environment of the distributed information, metadata is an important tool in describing, managing and organizing the information resource. In order to effectively query, retrieve and make use of shared resource described by metadata,we have to solve some problems of metadata interoperability. The recall and edit of the metadata can be realized by using the metadata interoperability system, thus the data sharing ability and data application are extended and deepened.
