摘要
目的探讨大肠癌移行粘膜细胞核DNA及核形态计量的改变意义。方法应用显微分光光度计(MSP)和计算机图像分析系统对大肠癌、癌旁移行粘膜(TM)和正常人大肠粘膜进行上皮细胞核DNA含量测定及细胞核形态计量测定。结果TM上皮细胞核DNA大于4C的异倍体细胞明显增多,占58.4%,反映TM上皮细胞增生活跃。TM上皮细胞核面积及核周长介于正常上皮细胞与癌细胞之间,与后两者相比均有显著性差异(P<0.01),反映TM上皮细胞核有一定的异型性。
AIMS To study the changes of the nuclei and their DNA contents of transitional mucosa(TM) and their significance. METHODS Microspectrometrice(MSP) and computer assisted image analysis were used to study the nuclei and their DNA contents in large intestinal cancer(n=20), TM (n=11) and normal mucosa (n=6). RESULTS The nuclear DNA contents of TM were increased. There were 58.4% cells of which DNA contents was more than 4C in TM. The nuclear area and the perimeter of TM were significantly diffierent with the normal and the cancer cells. CONCLUSIONS The abnormality of TM nuclei has malignant tendency.
