摘要
目的研究结肠清颗粒的抑菌作用。方法采用琼脂2倍稀释法测定结肠清颗粒最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC).给体内染菌小鼠灌胃结肠清颗粒,测定染菌小鼠死亡率。结果结肠清颗粒对大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、伤寒杆菌及痢痰杆菌的MIC分别为0.63~5、0.31~2.5、1.25、1.25~2.5mg·ml^-1,对金黄色葡萄球菌的MBC为25-50mg·ml^-1.与模型组比较,结肠清颗粒能显著降低染菌小鼠的死亡率。结论结肠清颗粒有显著的体内外抑菌作用。
OBJECTIVE Study on the antibacterial effects of Jie Changqing Granules. METHODS Minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) and minimal bactericidal concentration(MBC) of Jie Changqing Granule were measured with agar-dilution and tube-dilution methods, Jie Changqing Granules were given to the infected mice and to measure the mortality of the mice. RESULTS The MIC of Jie Changqing Granule to Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aerugincs , Salmonella typhi , Shigella dysenteriae were 0.63-5,0. 31-2.5,1.25 and 1.25-2.5 mg·ml^-1 and the MBC of Staphylococcus aureus were 25-50mg·ml^-1 ,and compared to the model control group ,Jie Changqing Granules could significantly lower the mortality of the infected mice. Conclusion jie Changqing Granules had a significantly antibacterial effects in vitro and in vivo.
