疏水型二氧化硅气凝胶薄膜的制备 被引量:7

摘要 采用sol-gel技术、dip-coating技术和表面修饰相结合的镀膜工艺,在玻璃表面上形成了SiO2气凝胶薄膜。利用XRD、EDS、红外光谱以及自制接触角测试仪多种测试手段,对二氧化硅气凝胶薄膜进行了测试。结果表明:采用三者相结合技术制备的SiO2气凝胶薄膜呈非晶态、纯度较高,润饰角达到75°,具有良好的疏水性能。 In this paper, we report a method to obtain silica aero gel films in which the films were deposited on glass substrates using so-gel process and dip-coating combined with surface modification. Silica aero gel Iilms were investigated by means of XRD, XPS, IR and the test technology of the contact angle. The results show that the contact angle of modified silica aero gel films that possess high purity and noncrystal structure reach 75 degree, which indicates they have an excellent hydrophobic property.
