采用硝酸钠和浓硫酸为硝化试剂,用香豆素合成6-硝基香豆素,该方法可以更好地控制硝化剂的用量和减少水的量,由于水量减少,可以使反应在较低的温度下就能发生,这样可以避免双键被氧化。方法简单、方便。
6-Nitroeoumarln was synthesized from coumarin through a treatment with NaNO3 and H2SO4. This method is benefit to control the quantity of nitrating agent and reduce the quantity of water. The reaction occurred under low temperature for the quantity of water was reduced, so the double bond is not oxidized. This method is convenient and effective.
