摘要
本文所介绍的与1993年由ISO等7个国际组织联合发表的《测量不确定表示指南》(简称《指南》)完全一致,只是指南上的实用于物理测量的绝大多数领域,而本文介绍的仅适用于校准实验的测量。同时本文主要侧重于对输入估计值的A类测量不确定度和B类测量不确定度的评定的介绍,为输出估计值的测量不确定度评定奠定了良好的基础。
The text is in accordance with the Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement（GUM）, first published by ISO. etc seven international organizes in 1993. But whereas establishes general rules for evaluating and expressing tmcertainty in measurement that can be followed in most fields of physical measurements. The text concentrates on the method most suitable for the measurements in calibration laboratories.The text mostly emphasize particularly on introducing evaluation of type A and B of uncertainty of measurement of input estimates, in order to establish well basic for evaluation of uncertainty of measurement of output estimates.
