摘要
“苏丹红”事件提示人们食品安全关乎人民的健康,关乎社会的和谐发展。透过类似的食品安全事件,我们需要对中国食品技术标准和管理的缺失进行全面的思考,从而采取必要的措施不断完善食品技术标准的制定、执行、监督和保障。
Awaked by Sudan-I incident,we realize that food safety is important to the public health and harmonious development of society. It is time usto have a thorough consideration on China food technical standards as well as the lack of its administration soas to adopt necessary measures and to make steadily improvements On the establishment,enforcement,inpection and maintenance of food technical standards.
