摘要
建设单位对公路工程造价的控制与管理贯穿于工程建设的全过程,在项目立项决策阶段,采用科学的估算方法和可靠的数据资料,合理地、细致地做好投资估算;在公路工程设计阶段,监督设计人员在注重工程设计质量与功能的同时,也将工程投资作为设计控制的指标;在公路工程实施阶段,分别从招标管理、施工管理、结算管理三个环节进行控制。
Construction unit＇s control and management for highway engineering cost run through the whole course of engineering construction. Adopting scientific estimated method and reliable data information, it does investment estimation well in the stage of project determinarion.
