摘要
油田区域公众聚集场所的建立,为繁荣油区市场经济起到了积极的作用。为了提高河南油田公众聚集场所消防安全管理水平,通过对油区公众聚集场所消防安全现状调查和公共场所火灾特点与原因分析,找到了公共场所消防管理存在问题,有针对性地提出了加强公众聚集场所防火安全的主要对策。
The foundation of the public gathering locations in the oilfield district has played a active role for prospering the market economy in this district. In order to upgrade the fire-protection safety management in the public gathering locations of Henan oilfield, by investigating the current situation of fir^protection safety in these locations and analyzing the features and reasons of some fires happened in the public locations, the au- thors find the existential problems in the fire-preventing management in the public locations and put forward directionally the main countermeasures of strengthening the fore-preventlng safety in public gathering locations.
