全波形数据分析仪在混凝土梁振动监测中的应用

摘要 采用全波形数据分析仪实时监测某车间6根梁的振动情况,在监测过程中分别在每根混凝土梁上布置了4个传感器。由传感器所测得的加速度时域信号经过小波滤波去噪,再用Fourier变换转化为加速度频域信号、并根据位移谱和加速度谱的关系得到的位移谱,可得到各种干扰信号的主要频率范围和混凝土梁固有频率的范围、最大加速度值以及最大振动幅值,并推测了振动的来源,对梁的振动状况做出了合理、正确的评估,从而进一步推广了全波形数据分析仪的应用领域。
