摘要
油、水、气三相流模拟实验装置是为生产测井仪器提供标定计量的场所,也是制作解释图版、研究解释方法和验证解释资料不可或缺的设施。根据已建成的油、水、气三相流模拟装置,简要阐述了装置的结构,主要用途,及装置的设计精度指标,工艺流程和运行过程。目前该套模拟装置已用于注入/产出剖面生产测井仪器的标定,并分析了实验结果,提出了对实际生产测井解释有益的结论和建议。实际使用效果表明该套装置能够满足目前生产仪器的研制和标定工作的需要。
Oil-water-gas three-phase flow experimental facility is a equipment to calibrate the production well logging instrument, and it also is a indispensable equipment to make interpretation plate, study interpretation method and verify interpretation data. The structure, main uses, design accuracy index, technological process and running process of the facility are briefly expatiated by this facility already buih. The facility at present has been used to calibrate the inject and output well-logging instrument, the results of experiment are analyzed, and some useful conclusion and advice to the interpretation of the production logging data are put forward. The practical use results show that the facility can meet the demand of the development and calibration of the production instruments.
