摘要
针对采用回转型空气弹簧的单层隔振系统,研究了空气弹簧的半主动控制,以保证不同工况下的隔振效果。首先研究了空气弹簧刚度特性,根据隔振理论,建立了柴油机转速与空气弹簧内压的关系,然后应用模糊控制理论,实现对空气弹簧内压的自动调整。
Semi-active control of air spring which can ensures good effect of vibration-isolation in different working condition is studied on single-stage vibration-isolation system in which convoluted type air spring is used. Firstly the property of convoluted type air spring stiffness is studied and the relationship between diesel rev and inside air pressure is made with the theory of vibration-isolation. Then the theory of fuzzy control is used to adjust the inside air pressure automatically.
