摘要
针对加热炉投产后在生产中出现的几个问题,通过有针对性的热工测试及现场调研、取样分析,发现了煤气计量不准是由于煤气热值不稳定造成的。同时发现了换热器效率低的原因主要是由漏烟引起的,这一点也被其后生产实践所验证。
In allusion to some problems after the reheating furnace was brought into operation, by the means of tests in pyrology, investigating in the locale and analyzing the samples it is found that the unstable thermal value of gas leads to the un-accurate measurements of gas. At the same time, it is concluded that the lower efficiency of heat exchanger is caused by the leakage of gas, which was proved in the following operation of reheating furnace.
