摘要
采用热质比拟萘升华技术对三角形涡流发生器的对流换热特性进行了实验研究,得到了平均和局部对流换热系数。实验结果表明:(1)在矩形通道内安装三角形涡发生器有利于强化传热。强化幅度为10%~30%;(2)在实验雷诺数范围内,冲击角对三角形涡发生器对流换热特性有显著影响,并且存在一个最佳迎流冲击角60°;(3)几何尺寸是重要影响因素。随高度的增加,对应的Nu数也随之提高。
An experimental investigation on the delta vortex generator convective heat transfer characteristics was studied in this paper, which basing on the heat/mass transfer analogy using the naphthalene sublimation technique. The experimental results indicate: (1) installing the delta vortex generator in front of the rectangular channel is advantageous to heat transfer enhancement by 10% 30%. (2) In the rang of Reynold's number scope, the influence of impacted angle of the delta vortex generator to its eonvection heat transfer characteristic is remarkable, and the impacted angle has a optimized value of 60°. (3) With the delta vortex generator height increased, its Nusselt number also increases.
