摘要
给水流量是发电机组自动控制系统里的一个重要参数,它的准确性直接关系到给水调节品质的优劣;或者直接地说,它关系到汽包水位调节品质的好坏和机组的安全运行。同时,给水流量也是经济指标中一项重要的考核内容,关系到经济性核算的准确性。淮北国安电力有限公司的两台300MW机组和其他大多数引进型300MW机组一样,主蒸汽管道上没有流量表,凝结水流量表位于凝结水泵后而不是除氧器进口,因此,主流量表仅有给水流量变送器可用。所以,保证给水流量测量的准确是极为重要的。
Feed water flow is an important parameter in automatic control system of power unit, it directly relates to quality of drum level regulating and the safety of the unit. At the same time, feed water flow is also important factor of economic index. The two 300MW units of HUAIBEI GUOAN POWER CO. LTD are like other 300MW generator at home, have no flow transmitter on the main steam pipe, and condensate water flow transmitter are located after the condenser water pump but not on the deaerator entry, therefore, the main feed -water measured only by feed water flow transmitter. So, guarantee the accurate of feed water flow is extremely important.
