摘要
研制了一种能够分辨电子和Ｘ射线的多丝室系统，作为穆斯堡尔谱仪的探测器，可以同时测量样品吸收共振辐射后发射的特征Ｘ射线和内转换电子及俄歇电子的穆斯堡尔谱，从而得到样品表面不同深度的多种信息。
