IL-15与肺部疾病

摘要 IL-5是T细胞、B细胞、NK细胞的生长因子,促进其增殖分化,与Th1细胞的发育有关,能增强机体抗结核分支杆菌感染的保护免疫,并具抗肿瘤的作用,可能参与了支气管哮喘的发病。
