摘要
研究了君迁子营养器官的内部结构，并对君迁子的茎、叶内部结构与柿树３个品种的茎、叶内部结构进行了比较。结果表明，君迁子主根的原生木质部为五原型；不同种之间内部结构主要差异为：柿树茎、叶中有分泌腔而君迁子无；柿树不同品种内部结构差异表现为，柿树大蒸馍品种叶肉栅栏组织中常嵌有大型薄壁细胞，而其它２个品种叶肉中无此结构。
This paper presents a study on the internal structures of the nutritive organs of Diospyros,lotus L.and a comparison of the internal structures of its stems and leaves withthose of 3 varieties of Diospyros kaki L.The results show that the primary xylem numberof main root of Diospyros lotus L.is five,And that the main difference in internal structuresbetween Diospyros lolus L.and Diospyros kaki L.is that there are secretory cavities in thestems and leaves of Diospyroskaki L.while there are none in those of the Diospyros lotusL.The difference among the different varieties of Dispyros Kaki L.is that there are oftensome big parenchyma cells in the palisade tissues in the leaves of the Big Steamed Bread Variety,While there are none in the leaves of other two varreties.
