水稻线粒体双链RNA的研究

摘要 电泳图谱上,由水稻BT型不育系4-71A及其保持系4-71B黄化芽提取的线粒体核酸在线粒体DNA主带附近都有一条额外的核酸带,称之为M带。RNaseA与DNaseⅠ试验表明M带是双链RNA。DNA-RNA分子杂交证明M带与核DNA有同源性,与线粒体DNA无同源性。M带在A、B两系中对等存在,与细胞质雄性不育无直接关系;M带存在于线粒体中而与核DNA有同源性。 Double stranded RNAs(dsRNAs) have been detected in cytoplasmic male sterile line 4 71A of BT type rice and it's maintainer line 4 71B. The double strandedness of the RNA molecules was characterized by DNase Ⅰ and RNaseA treatments. The dsRNAs are associated with rice mitochondria, but have homology to the 4 71 genome. Both 4 71A and 4 71B contain dsRNA, it appears that the presence of the dsRNA in male sterile line is not associated with it's male sterility . The dsRNAs may be responsible for correlation between nuclear genome and mitochondrial genome.
