摘要
目的：总结ESWL治疗肾铸型结石的经验。方法：对91例（100枚）阳性肾铸型结石惠者，全部使用德国Dornier Compact Delta电磁体外震波碎石机高能量分割、低能量粉碎的ESWL方法进行治疗，对结石直径大于4.5cm的患者部分加置双J管。结果：首次定范围切割成功86％，经4次～6次治疗，结石排净率为96％，肾下极残余结石3例，改为开放手术取石1倒，输尿管石街形成19例。结论：分割法ESWL可以有效地治疗肾铸型结石。
Objective To summarize result of ESWL treatment staghorn calculus. MethOds 91 cases（100 pieces）staghorn calculi treat with dissection mode of ESWL monotherapy by Dornier Compact Delta electromagnetism extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripter. At first with high energy divide staghorn calculus in ureteropelvic junction, then with less energyto strike small stone fragments to porphyrization. Patients with stone size exceed 45mm to be inserted double ＂J＂ tube selectively. Results Stonebe disseetedseleetively first time in 86 pieces （86%）. Through 4 to 6 times treatment, Stone was clear in 96 pieces （96 %）and small residual stone fragments was noted in 3 pieces （3%）. The formation of stone street in the ureter in 19 cases（19%）, one ease change to operation because residual stone fragments too large. Conclusion ESWL monotherapy for staghorn calculi is the efficacious and successful treatment in the selected patients with normal excretory function of the affected kidneys.
