摘要
目的:探讨肾上腺泉脑白质营养不良的病理、临床及MRI表现。方法:回顾性分析7例经临床证实的肾上腺脑白质营养不良病例。结果:MR扫描7例均显示双侧脑室三角区周围白质内对称分布的异常信号,主要位于枕、顶、颞叶,胼胝体体部、压部,T1WI呈稍长T1信号,FLAIR像示高信号,呈典型的“蝶翼状”,1例于视放射区呈对称性的长T2信号。行增强扫描的5例患者,有4例见部分病灶周边显著强化呈花边样。结论:肾上腺脑白质营养不良的MRI表现具有一定的特异性,MR检查能准确反映病变的病理变化及临床进展情况。
Objective To study the pathology,clinical symptomatology and MRI findings of adrenoleukodystrophy. Methods 7 patients with adrenoleukodystrophy proved by clinic were retrospectively analyzed, Results All cases showed a bilateral symmetric changes in the posterior periventrieular white matter, MRI signals were longish T1 on T1WI and hyperintensity on FLAIR, which appears as butterfly with splenium of corpus callosum infiltration. Conclusion MRI manifestations of adrenoleukodystropby have specific features so that MRI can accurately reveal the pathological changes and progression of the Clinic.
