摘要
目的 用HPLC法测定浓维磷糖浆中咖啡因含量。方法 以ODS为固定相，甲醇-水（30：70）为流动相．流速为1．0ml·min^-1，紫外光度检测器，检测波长为272nm。结果 浓度线性范围为0．00291～0．0582g·L^-1，r=1．0000，平均回收率为100．3％。结论 本法操作简便，结果准确，可以有效地控制质量。
Aim To determine caffeine by HPLC in concentrated divitamins and sodium phosphate syrup. Methods Shim-pack CLC-ODS （150 mm × 4.6 mm ,5 μm ）, methanol-water（ 30： 70） as mobile phase, flow rate was 1.0 ml · min^-1, UV detector, wavelength of detector was 272 nm. Results The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.00291 ～0.0582 g · L^-1 ,r = 1. 000 0. The mean recovery was 100.3%. Conclusion This method is simple and convenient in work. It is accurate and very suitable for the quality control.
