摘要
在我国养老保险改革进程中,“改制成本”问题一直成为人们关注的焦点,而养老保险制度中监督问题却没有引起理论界和实务界的足够重视。在我国现行的养老保险制度中,由于监督弱化而产生的问题一直影响着我国养老保险制度的安全和稳定运行。本文分析了不同经济主体之间的利益冲突及其对我国养老保险监督问题所产生的影响,有效地协调各经济主体之间的利益冲突,并使之相互制衡,将有助于加强对我国养老保险制度日常运行的监督。
In the course of China's endowment insurance reform,the cost of system transformation has always been the focus,while the supervision of endowment insurance hasn't caught the eye of theorists and practioners.In our current endowment insurance system,weak supervision results in many problems,which influence the safe and stable running of endowment insurance system.This article analyses the benefit conflict among different economic entities and its influence on the supervision of endowment insurance in China.In conclusion,this paper states that the benefit conflict among different economic entities should be well coordinated,because this will contribute to the supervision of the daily performance.
