摘要
针对目前高职院校师资队伍建设中存在的问题,引发一系列思考,并根据实际,就如何加快高职院校师资队伍建设,调整教师队伍的结构,使其达到最优化。提出自己的观点并加以分析,从而促进师资队伍的发展。
The essay aims to find solutions to the problems in today＇s vocational colleges on how to build a team of persons qualified to teach and how to optimize the team through reconstruction. The researchers also put forth their opinions based on reality and gave the analysis of the opinions as well.
