摘要
近年来,诈骗违法犯罪案件日益增多,由诈骗带来的社会影响和经济损失十分严重。当前我国诈骗违法犯罪出现了新的情况及新的诈骗手段,分析诈骗与被骗心理,有利于研究诈骗的防范对策,减少被骗的可能性,更好地维护国家、集体和个人利益。
In recent years, the increase of defraud crimes has brought serious effects to society and great damages to economic. This article introduces the normal situation of defraud crimes in our country today, several types of defraud crimes, analyzes the mentality of the defrauding and being defrauded, it also poses the precautious of the defraud, expounds in detail of the methods to see through defraud. We pray it could reduce the possibility of be defrauded to better defend the benefit of the whole country, the collective and people.
