摘要
介绍了一种新型行波驱动超声波电动机,它不同于以往超声波电动机定转子之间动态过程中为点接触的结构形式,采用了线接触的新型结构。运用振动理论推导了电机驱动原理,并用ANSYS软件建立了电机定子有限元模型,分析了电机定子各项参数对其动态特性的影响,通过实验得到了该电机的动态特性。
A new type traveling wave ultrasonic motor is presented. It is different from some former motors whose rotor and stator are in frictional contact by several points during the dynamic process, and it is by the line during the dynamic process. The operating theory of the motor is derived from vibration theory. The stator model of the motor is built on software ANSYS. Each parameter of the stator has effect on the dynamic characteristic, which is analyzed in this paper. Kinetic characteristic of this motor is obtained through the experiment.
