摘要
本文介绍了一种新型的、基于霍尔传感器的电梯智能称重变送装置的设计与实现。该装置通过将电梯轿厢底部受重而产生的形变,由霍尔传感器转换成相应的数字信号,经过线性化处理后实现对电梯载荷的检测。并采用双音多频(DTMF)载波通讯方式,采用两线制同时实现电源供电和信号的远程变送。获得高效率、高可靠性、高抗干扰能力的实际应用效果。
A new kind of elevator weighing transmitter's design and implementation is introduced in this paper, which is based on Hall-effect sensor, the principle, configuration and particular properties is presented too. The system is anti-abrasive, long-life with high accuracy by using the non-contact of Hall magnetic of weighing transmitter. Double-line transmission makes it be capable of remote transmission, strong anti-jamming and high reliability.
