摘要
本文简单介绍了表面温度传感器可溯源动态校准系统的组成,着重描述了可溯源动态校准系统的光学设计。针对表面温度传感器动态校准中存在的问题,对校准系统中影响光学系统的信噪比的关键部件-反光镜做了详细分析,并进行了模拟与仿真。实验表明,在可溯源动态校准系统中,由球面反射镜形成的共轭光学系统是满足实验要求的。
The traceable dynamic calibration system composing structure of surface temperature sensor was simply introduced, and the optic design of this system was depicted in detail. To solve the problem existed in the dynamic calibration of surface temperature sensor, the key components, viewfinder, which influence the optic system SNR of this system were analyzed in detail, and were simulated and emulated simultaneously. The experiments testify that in the traceable dynamic calibration system, the conjugated optic system composed of sphere reflector can satisfy the experiment requirement.
