摘要
采用维生素B6(VB6)修饰玻碳电极生物传感器,对生物样品中的铝形态用示差脉冲伏安法进行了测定。VB6的氧化峰电流随着加入铝浓度的增加而下降,而峰电位不变。本文形态分析的方法是建立在两个pH条件下VB6对铝的配位能力不同的基础上的。对其应用于铝形态区分的机理从文献和模拟计算进行了探讨。这种灵敏、简单的形态分析方法成功地应用于对人血清,脑脊液等体液中铝形态分析,并与超滤、渗析等方法进行比较,结果一致。与其它形态分析技术相比,本法具有高灵敏度、仪器便宜、操作简单和测定快速等优点。
In this thesis, a differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) procedure is proposed for speciation of A1 in natural waters and biological fluids using vitamin B6 (VB6) as electroactive ligand. The decrease of the DPV anodic peak currents of VB6 is linear with the increase of A1 concentration. This novel speciation idea is based on the different affinity of A1^3+ for - OH ligand under two pH conditions. The principle for A1 speciation by electrochemical method is discussed. This sensitive and simple fractionation method is successfully applied to the speciation of A1 in biological fluids and the results are satisfied with other routine methods. Compared with other speciation protocols, electrochemical method has remarkable sensitivity, simple instrumentation, low costs, faster manipulation and many other advantages.
