摘要
运用文献资料等研究方法,在分析当前高校体育俱乐部模式基本情况及俱乐部运行机制理论依据的基础上,阐述了体育教学俱乐部的组成结构、管理体系、运作体系、教学形式、学生成绩评定和教师教学评价等。指出:高校体育俱乐部应利用场地及人才资源优势,主动融入社区体育大环境,培养学生社交及社会适应能力,促进体育社会化发展。
Using the research methods of literature etc. and based on the analysis of the present basic situation of universities and colleges＇ P.E. clubs model and the theoretical basis of their operative mechanism, it expounded the organizational structure, management system, operative system, teaching form, the evaluation of students＇ record and the assessment of teachers＇ teaching etc.. It points out that universities and colleges＇ P.E. teaching clubs ought to utilize the advantage of grounds and talent resources, initiatively merge themselves into the grand environment of community sport, foster students＇ social intercourse ability and social adaptability and promote the development of sports socialization.
