摘要
分析了我国以石油化工为核心的能源化工所面临的石油资源偏紧、石油资源劣质化趋势明显和环境保护压力不断增加的形势和挑战。讨论了我国能源化工要实现可持续发展,应该加强炼油化工一体化综合利用,以提高原料利用率,高效利用劣质资源,开展清洁化生产,积极利用海外天然气、油砂等资源以及开辟新的原料途径等。
Three challenges facing Chinese energy chemical industry, the insufficient supply of domestic petroleum, the decreasing trend of crude oil quality, and the increasing pressure of environment protection, were analyzed. The sustainable development of Chinese energy chemical industry should require integrated utilization of resource, high efficiency conversion of inferior oil and coal, cleaner production and process, utilization of overseas natural gas and oil sand, and developing new raw material.
