从远程抄表技术的经济性和实用性入手,在Microsoft·NET平台上设计了一个建立在小区远程抄表硬件系统基础上的智能抄表管理系统。介绍了系统架构、功能和调度流程,并详细分析软件设计过程。
Starting with the economy and practicability of the technology of remote meter-reading, an intelligent meterreading management system built on the base of hardware of community remote meter-reading system is designed on the platform of Microsoft . NET. The framework of whole system, the designed functions and the regulation routine are also introduced .
