摘要
提出一种能够精确计算异步电机稳态性能的方法,该方法基于场路耦合的伪静止瞬态二维有限元模型,铁心饱和以及集肤效应直接在场中计及,不需考虑转子的转动,就能计算不同转速下的稳态电流、转矩等性能参数,诸如端环等三维效应可以通过传统的方法加以考虑。实验结果证明了该方法的有效性。
A method for accurately predicting the steady-state performance of induction motors is presented. The approach is based on the use of magnetic-circuit coupled Pseudostationary transient two-dimensional finite element model that allow balanced induction motors to be analyzed at any speed without involving the rotor movement . Core saturation and the rotor bar skin effect are directly considered in the field calculation , threedimensional effects such as end-winding can be easily included into the model using classical formulas. An application example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of proposed approach.
