气浮—两段SBR工艺处理奥里油废水 被引量:4

摘要 采用气浮—两段SBR工艺处理奥里油废水,近3个月的调试运行证明,该工艺对有机物的去除率为98.9%,对氨氮的去除率为88.9%,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)的一级标准,并可作为厂内冷却循环用水。该工艺自动化程度高、操作方便、运行成本低,是处理奥里油废水较为理想的工艺。 Dissolved air flotation/two-stage SBR process was used for Orimulsion wastewater treat- ment. The operation for three months proves that the process has removal rate of 98.9% for organics and 88.9% for ammonia nitrogen, and the effluent quality reaches I-class specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard ( GB 8978 - 1996) and can be used as recirculating cooling water. The process is characterized by high automatic level, convenience for operation, and low operating cost, and is an ideal process for Orimulsion wastewater treatment.
